Executive Board By-Election – ICBC

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC
Due to the resignation of Yasmin Carroll and in accordance with article 10.7(b) of the Constitution, we are conducting a by-election to fill the above noted position.
Please refer to article 6 of the Constitution for details of “Duties of Executive Board”.
A nomination form covering all of the requirements of the Constitution governing the nomination of an executive board member is attached. Nominations open Tuesday, October 24, 2017 and close at 4:30pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
Nomination forms must be emailed to returningofficer@moveuptogether.ca or faxed, with original to follow, to 604-299-8211 by the deadline of 4:30pm on November 7, 2017.
