Executive Board By-Election – ICBC – Election Required
November 8, 2017
To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC
Term Ending: Fall 2018
In the recent by-election, the deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was 4:30pm on November 7, 2017. At that time, nomination forms to fill the above position were received from the following members:
– Anny Chen
– Ramash Jaya Madhavan
– Gunter Seifert
– Mariana Schmid
As per the constitution, mail ballots and candidate information will be mailed to each member’s last known home address. Ballots are expected to be sent out by November 21, 2017. Please ensure that the union office has your current address prior to November 15, 2017.
