Enterprise – Bargaining Update #2 –Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Enterprise Rent-A-Car
As we indicated back in July 2025, your bargaining committee met with the employer on July 14-16, 2025, and signed off on all non-monetary proposals including the following:
- Improvements to grievance procedure and updated list of arbitrators
- Improved union representation and investigation notice language
- Improved layoff and recall language
- Rolled in several letters of understanding into the collective agreement
- Inclusion of CSA/CXR Letter of understanding into collective agreement
We met on September 11 and 12, 2025, to discuss monetary proposals. We are pleased to announce that we have now signed off all monetary proposals including the following:
- 3 Year Agreement
- 4.00% Year 1
- 4.00% Year 2
- 5.00% Year 3
- $0.75 per hour increase to all employees who have worked ten (10) or more years (2.00-2.50% increase depending upon position)
- Launch Pad Agent will be paid at the CXR rate as of August 1, 2025
- $3.19 per hour increase prior to above wage increases
- Improved industrial first aid allowances
- Improved short-term disability (up to $1500 per week to 26 weeks)
- Reduced cost to long-term disability
- Shift to calendar year vacation accrual from anniversary accrual to simplify tracking and end of year “true-up”
Your bargaining committee unanimously recommends acceptance of the tentative agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on September 22, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.
