Enterprise – Bargaining Update #2 – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP Members at Enterprise
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Employer on September 30th and October 1st in order to continue the negotiations for the renewal of the collective agreement renewal.
The parties were able to reach a recommended settlement on the evening of October 1st.
Both parties are going through the approval process and once this is completed a ratification meeting will be scheduled. We will also be in a position to release details of the recommended settlement. Work is being done to set a ratification meeting and details will be forwarded as soon as they become available.
