Enterprise – Bank Time Payouts

During the last round of collective bargaining your employer tabled proposals that would restrict your rights around bank time payouts.

Your bargaining committee did not agree to the proposed changes and the employer was unsuccessful at achieving any changes to the existing language.

It has recently come to the attention of the union that the employer has denied requests for bank time payouts stating the language changed upon renewal of the new collective agreement.

Please be advised that the information the employer is providing to employees regarding this matter is incorrect.
