Employee Engagement Survey – BC Hydro

To: All MoveUP EB, EC, JS and Distributors at BC Hydro
MoveUP approved the company’s recent Employee Engagement Survey on the basis that it was confidential and that individual members could not be identified in the results. We have become aware that some managers are asking members to provide further detailed examples or feedback on the survey scores, particularly where scores are low. This additional follow up is not appropriate, as it could identify individual members and undermine the confidentiality of the initial survey.
If you are questioned on the results of the survey, please decline to respond and notify the Union office. If you have already responded to management questions regarding the survey results please contact the Union office so that we can investigate further.
