Election of Delegates/Alternates to the National Convention

To: Executive Councillors and Board members
Further to the discussion at our April 4th Executive Council meeting, we will be holding an election for delegates/alternates to the upcoming National convention being held June 2nd to 4th at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver.
Voting will be done through the member portal. Voting will open on Tuesday, April 12th at 8:30 am and will close on Wednesday, April 13th at 4:30 pm.
MoveUP has sixteen (16) delegate/alternate spaces available. Councillors will be able to vote for up to and including 16 names.
Councillors will be provided with the final voting results. All successful councillors will also be contacted in the next few weeks to register for convention. Registration will be done through the MoveUP office. For those that are not elected, your name will be kept as a back-up should any of the delegates or alternates cancel.
