DSF – Ratification Vote Results: Tentative Agreement Accepted by the Membership

To: All MoveUP Members at David Suzuki Foundation
We write to deliver this exciting news – the majority of you have voted in favour of accepting the tentative collective agreement. This agreement represents the first building block in strengthening the terms and conditions of your working life. We thank you for your trust and support while we address your priorities with the Employer. As mentioned at the ratification meeting, we will continue the important discussions including a comprehensive job evaluation process and AI guardrails, with the Employer in the coming months.
Please be advised that the ballots were verified on June 5, 2026 by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
We will update the collective agreement with the agreed changes and once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
