CUPE BC and Locals – Bargaining – Nominations for Bargaining Committee
November 30, 2017
To: All MoveUP Members at CUPEBC and Locals
MoveUP and CUPEBC and Locals collective agreement will expire on December 31, 2017.
Your bargaining committee will consist of two (2) MoveUP CUPEBC and Locals employees, who are either Executive Councillors or Job Stewards, that you elect to represent you at the bargaining table. Your union representative will also sit on the committee to lead negotiations.
We need your voices at the table and your input into the process, so if you would like to sit on the committee, or if you would like to nominate one of your co-workers, please step forward.
A nomination form is attached. In the event that there is more nominations than positions available, an election will be held.
Nominations should be made by email to cupebcmail@moveuptogether.ca by the deadline of Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 4:30pm. Job Stewards/Executive Councillors may nominate themselves or be nominated by another member of the bargaining unit.
