Correction: We recently sent a bulletin incorrectly listing the vision care coverage increase as $600.00 every year, when it will in fact be increased to $600.00 every 2 years. Apologies for the confusion.

We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot online. Please make every effort to attend.

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

How and when to vote:
Voting will commence on Wednesday May 17, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. and close Friday May 19, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.
To vote, simply log in to the Members Portal https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/ and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address. If you do not know your membership number you can obtain this number through an online form at https://moveuptogether.ca/membernumber/
Please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the voting opening you will not be eligible to vote.
