A tentative agreement has been reached with your employer. Ratification meetings for you to vote on the tentative agreement are listed below.
Your Bargaining Committee will be at the meetings to go through the tentative agreement and answer any questions you may have. A copy of the tentative agreement is attached here. Your Bargaining Committee is recommending you vote to accept the agreement. Please kindly refrain from e-mailing any questions or queries to the Bargaining Committee. All questions and queries will be answered during the ratification vote by your Bargaining Committee. Members are encouraged to travel to their nearest worksite where a vote is being held, the Employer will make every effort to allow for time off to vote based on operational requirements in your department.

It is very important you make every effort to attend one of these meetings and vote.
