Contested By-Election Going to A Vote – BY-ELECTION – Executive Councillor Area #1460

To: All MoveUP members in EC areas #1460-1461-1462
EC Area #1460 represents members employed at Coastal Community Credit Union.
There are three at-large positions for EC areas #1460, 1461 and 1462. Two of these councillor positions are currently filled.
Term Ending: April 30, 2020
In the recent by-election, the deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was Friday, August 30, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. At that time, nomination forms to fill the above position were received from the following members:
- Carolyn Davenport
- Karina Thygesen
As per the constitution, mail ballots and candidate information, if provided, will be sent from our office to each member’s last known home address no later than Friday, September 6, 2019. Please ensure that the union office has your current address by updating your information on our Member Portal or contact membership department by Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
If you do not receive a ballot by Friday, September 13 or you need further information, please contact Joanne at the union office (604-299-0378).
Deadline to receive ballots at the MoveUP office is Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
