Contested By-Election Going to a Vote – BY-ELECTION – Executive Councillor Area #1458

To: All MoveUP members in EC area # 1458

Term Ending:  April 30, 2020

In the recent by-election, the deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 4:30 pm.  At that time, nomination forms to fill the above position were received from the following members:

  • Don Modequillo
  • Vivian Ho

As per the constitution, mail ballots will be mailed to each member’s last known home address on Tuesday, December 11.  Please ensure that the union office has your current address.

Ballots must be received at the MoveUP office no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.

If you do not receive a ballot or you need further information, please contact Shelley at the union office (604-299-0378).
