Coast Mountain Bus – Labour Adjustment Plan

To: All MoveUP members at Coast Mountain Bus
The MoveUP Labour Adjustment Committee is still in discussions with your Employer regarding a Labour Adjustment Plan, as required by the BC Labour Relations Code.
We hope to know soon if these discussions will be successful. Given the employer’s swift move to issue layoff notices, the Committee is seeking provisions for laid off members that are superior to those currently in our collective agreement, i.e. coverage for extended benefits during layoff.
