To: All MoveUP members at CMBC in the Depot
In the last round of bargaining (November 19-November 21, 2019) the employer advised your bargaining committee that they have had in-depth discussions with the union about depot coordinators and the utilization of this position in previous rounds of bargaining. In particular, the employer discussed how they have tabled a proposal about changing the way vacation selection is done in order to allow depot coordinators better vacation picks in previous rounds but the union has rejected the proposal.
As preparation for further discussions on the depots your bargaining committee would like to hear from our depot members on this proposal and understand if members would like to see a change to how vacation is selected. We want to hear directly from you and your coworkers.

We are scheduled to return to the bargaining table January 14, 16 &17, 2020.
