CMBC Transit Security Bullying and Harassment Survey

To: All MoveUP members at Coast Mountain Bus
We write to thank you all for participating in the bullying and harassment survey that was recently sent to members in your department.
Fifty TSO members completed the survey and the results demonstrate significant concerns about the handling of bullying and harassment in the department.
We are moving to the next stage of this process and will share the anonymized survey results with the employer to help minimize and prevent psychological injuries in the workplace. MoveUP advocates for a healthy and safe workplace for all our members.
We will send out a summary of the survey results once we have completed this next stage.
