CMBC- Policy Grievance Spread Over Premium Update

To All MoveUP Members at CMBC
The past several months have been unprecedented, your Union appreciates all the hard work every member has been doing.
Your Union bargaining committee is currently working on updating the language for the new collective agreement, we are very close to having all the changes finalized for the new collective agreement. The Employer has committed that retro-pay for the new contract will be paid to the membership by the end of this month, July 31, 2020.
Your Union bargaining committee is also getting a lot of questions regarding the spread over premium policy grievance (letter attached here), the parties have agreed to meet at stage 2 on August 5, 2020. Your Union bargaining committee will be advancing its position on this matter during the stage 2 meeting, if you have any questions or concerns on any bargaining related matter please do not hesitate to reach out to your bargaining committee.
