CapilanoU – Tentative Agreement Ratified by Membership
January 31, 2020

Please be advised that the ballots were counted on January 30, 2020, by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at Capilano University voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 149
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 33
Spoiled Ballots: 7
Total Ballots Cast: 189
The collective agreement will be updated with the agreed changes and, once both parties review and sign, we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
