Canadian Merchant Service Guild Strike Update

To: MoveUP Members at Seaspan ULC and Vancouver Shipyards
The Canadian Merchant Service Guild (CMSG) and Seaspan ULC returned to bargaining with the assistance of a Federal Mediator on Tuesday, October 4, as well as today.
The parties were unable to reach a tentative agreement and no further bargaining dates have been scheduled.
