Canadian Freightways – Bargaining Update #6

Your bargaining committee met with the employer in Calgary on May 11 and 12, 2017 for the second round of bargaining sessions.  During these meetings we were able to complete and sign off on some of the non-monetary proposals that had been tabled.  On the final day we reviewed and had introductory discussions regarding monetary issues. 

The employer and the union will now review the remaining outstanding proposals and will schedule further bargaining sessions.
