To: All MoveUP members in EC areas #1651 to 1658
EC Area #1651 to 1658 are at large positions representing ICBC members employed at Surrey Guildford Corporate Centre (all floors).
Term Ending: April 30, 2020
In the recent by-election, the deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2019.
At that time, nomination forms to fill the above position were received from the following members:
- Melissa Ieraci
- Niven Nagra
As per the constitution, mail ballots and candidate information, if provided, will be sent from our office to each member’s last known home address by Friday, June 14, 2019. Please ensure that the union office has your current address by updating your information on our Member Portal or contact membership@moveuptogether.ca by Friday, June 14.
Ballots must be received in the union office by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
If you do not receive a ballot by Friday, June 21 or you need further information please contact jbanfield@moveuptogether.ca or call the union office at 604-299-0378.
