To: All MoveUP Members at Brewery, Winery and Dist. Workers

The MoveUP members at BW & DW voted in favour of accepting the proposed Settlement Agreement following the LRB mediation.

The results are as follows:

Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 2
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 0
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 2

We will update the collective agreement with the agreed changes accordingly. A copy of the Settlement Agreement can be found on our website. When the collective agreement is finalized, we will also post the document to the website.
