Beem Credit Union – LOU Update

On November 29, 2024, your union provided a summary via email outlining what was discussed at a meeting with the employer regarding the Letter of Understanding (LOU) and its contents.  With your feedback, your union has revised the LOU and has presented our changes to the employer. This was sent to the employer on December 16, 2024.  To date, we have not had any responses acknowledging or confirming receipt of our revised LOU. We will continue to advocate for our members and ensure your transition into the bargaining unit is done right and in the best interest of this group. We will provide updates when available.
