BCH – OT Meal Expenses

It has recently come to our attention that BC Hydro has published an “EXPENSE CLAIM REFERENCE GUIDE, 2019” (captioned above) for MoveUP members that is not completely accurate. Please note the highlighted area under the subheading “OVERTIME MEALS”.  Your collective agreement clearly sets out the circumstances in Article 5.10 b) which states, “claims over the per diem amount must be supported by receipts”.

Please be advised that all expenses must be reasonable.
