BCFed – Tentative Agreement Reached

October 4, 2022

To: All MoveUP members at BC Federation of Labour

After mediation, we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer.

Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:

  • 1 year, 4.25% wage increase
  • $750.00 signing bonus
  • Increased vacation entitlements
  • Extended health and paramedical benefits
  • A reasonable remote work policy

The parties agree to unanimously recommend acceptance of this Memorandum of Agreement to their respective principals.

We will be holding a meeting on Thursday October 6, 2022, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee to answer any questions you may have about the Memorandum of Agreement.
