BCAA RACC – Bargaining update #4
December 20, 2022
To: All MoveUP members at BCAA RACC
Your bargaining committee met with BCAA on November 23, December 2, and 15, to open conversations on the non-monetary proposals, as well as amend some of the letters of understanding in your collective agreement. Some of the topics discussed included staffing, scheduling, training, and the notification of system upgrades. Progress has been made on some of these non-monetary items, and the conversations remain ongoing.
Since the last update, the details regarding all monetary proposals, including proposed benefit and wage increases, have also been tabled.
Negotiations will reconvene on February 9, 2023, and we have several additional dates set for further negotiations. We will update you as we progress.
