Please be advised that our upcoming Job Steward and Executive Councillor meeting is scheduled as follows:
Date: Wednesday, October 10th
Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Place: MoveUP Office – McPherson Room
#301 – 4501 Kingsway, Burnaby
Please RSVP to Lisa Jeffery by end of day Tuesday, September 25th in order for leave of absence requests to be sent to your employer. Your prompt response is appreciated as the lunch order needs to be confirmed.
If you have any agenda items could you please forward them to Lisa Jeffery no later than Thursday, October 4th.
This meeting will be in place of our previously scheduled October 24th meeting. We will be adding a meeting the following month as discussed in our last Job Steward meeting on November 15th.
