BC Regional Council of Carpenters – Ratification Vote Meetings & Voting Instructions

Meetings have been scheduled to discuss the Memorandum of Agreement, and an online vote has been set up. Please see meeting details, as well as the online voting instructions below.
When: Monday, April 13, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Where: Online/Teams (email/link will be sent to your home email address)
Voting: Voting will take place electronically
How you vote:
The ratification vote will be conducted online through Simply Voting. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
To vote, simply log in to the Member Portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you have not already registered a Member Portal account, you will need to do so. You can refer to our online guide or watch the tutorial videos for more information. You will need your membership number and your personal email address to create an account.
VOTE OPENS: April 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
VOTE CLOSES: April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
