BC Labour Board Common Employer Hearing

We write to let you know that your union and the company finished each of their cases today at the BC Labour Board regarding the Union’s Common Employer application.

We now wait for the BC Labour Board to make its decision on the Union’s Common Employer application.

Please note that this could take some time, and we will keep you apprised as soon as we receive the decision from the BC Labour Board.
