BC Hydro & Powertech – Flex Model Agreement Extension

To: All MoveUP members at BCH & Powertech
Dear Members:
We are pleased to announce that your union and employer have agreed to extend the flex model agreement for another year (click here for a copy).
The new term of the agreement extends the flex model until September 8, 2024.
The parties met and signed off on the agreement at our joint labour management meeting on September 25, 2023, and have jointly agreed to commit to review and discuss the model at the next joint labour management meeting to be scheduled in late January 2024.
