A tentative agreement has been reached with your employer. We will be conducting a ratification meeting to discuss the Memorandum of Agreement. Details for the meeting are listed below:

Time: 2:00 to 3:00 pm VIA ZOOM
A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to your home email. If you do not receive the email, contact Harj Parmar at hparmar@moveuptogether.ca
How you vote
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen.
If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening you will not be eligible to vote.
You must be registered for the member portal PRIOR to the vote opening or you will not be eligible to vote.

Voting opens: Tuesday, February 28 at 4:00 pm
Voting closes: Thursday, March 2 at 4:00 pm
If you have any questions regarding the Memorandum of Settlement, we will be happy to answer them at the ratification meeting.
