Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, TransLink.
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding an online meeting on Wednesday, December 13, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee as well as Vice President of Combined Units, Christy Slusarenko. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
Wage increases:
April 1, 2023 6.75% (retroactive)
April 1, 2024 2-3% (depending on CPI)
April 1, 2025 2.74 % + $0.25
How and when to vote:
Voting will commence on Wednesday, December 13, at 6:00pm and close Friday, December 15, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.
To vote, simply log in to the member portal https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/ and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership at membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address. If you do not know your membership number you can obtain this number through an online form at https://moveuptogether.ca/membernumber/
Please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the voting opening you will not be eligible to vote. It is recommended you attempt to login into the member portal now to ensure you have access.
