Enterprise Membership Update – Severance Offer
August 12, 2021
To: All MoveUP with Enterprise
As some of you may be aware, the employer has offered severance to the bottom portion of the seniority list during the pandemic. The severance offer has been voluntary and some members have chosen to accept the severance offer and terminate their employment with Enterprise.
Your union was advised yesterday that Enterprise would like to make the same offer to members who are currently working. Your union has no objections to the offer as it is voluntary and if someone does want to accept it and leave then that will open up a position for someone who does want to return to work.
As always we are advising members to consider their options before making such an important decision.

Please be advised that I will be away from the office from August 14th to September 7th. Should you have any questions about the above or anything else during this period please speak to a job steward or Union Representative Parm Sandhar, who will be the backup representative during this period.
