TST-CF – Make sure you are ready to vote on May 13

The upcoming vote where you can officially say YES to having MoveUP as your union at TST-CF Express is now just a week away.
The voting period will begin on May 13 at 6 a.m. ET/3 a.m. PT and run through until May 20 at 5:59 a.m. ET/2:29 a.m. PT.
We have been working with our legal team and communicating with the CIRB to ensure all employees, who we believe are eligible should be included in this vote. Unfortunately, your employer has also been working to try and exclude certain employees from being permitted to vote.
Even if you are not included in the vote, that does not mean you will be shut out of our union. That just means that after we are successful with the vote, we will continue our efforts to organize your position into our collective agreement.
If you believe you should be eligible for the vote but do not receive a letter from the CIRB, please contact Mike Novak at 604-562-4755 or by email at mnovak@moveuptogether.ca.
Voting Information Reminder
You will be receiving a letter in the mail from the CIRB which will contain the voting details. This letter will also contain a PIN unique to each voter which you will need to cast your vote.
Once you receive this letter, you can vote any time as soon as the voting period opens. If you lose or misplace your PIN, please contact the VOTER HELP CENTRE toll free at 1-888-507-9875 or by e-mail at the following address: cirb@simplyvoting.com.
You should receive this letter by the first week of May.
