Enterprise – Bargaining Update

Your Bargaining Committee met with management on August 7^th and 8^th in order to continue the negotiation of the collective agreement renewal.

The parties continued the process of working toward a recommended settlement.

We were able to reach agreement on several non-monetary and housekeeping items.  As is the normal process for bargaining, the parties have agreed to address non-monetary items before working on monetary proposals.  We continue to work toward achieving the improvements that were identified in the survey and membership meeting processes.

The parties have agreed to meet again on August 26^th and 27^th for the purpose of continued bargaining.
