Enterprise – Bargaining Update

To: All MoveUP members at Enterprise
Your Bargaining Committee met with Enterprise to begin the process of renewing the collective agreement.
The Company was represented by Craig Munroe, Nina Mikalchki, Joel Black, Rose McDonald, and Daniel Begian (from Head Office in St. Louis).
The parties agreed to some basic bargaining protocols and then began the process.
Your Committee presented the Union’s proposals. Management took some time to review them and asked some follow up questions regarding intent and wording.
The parties have scheduled August 7, 8, 26, and 27 as further dates.
Please be advised that the current collective agreement remains in place while the parties work towards bargaining a renewal agreement.
