If you have any questions regarding the Memorandum of Settlement, we will be happy to answer them at the ratification meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please reach out to me directly at cshier@moveuptogether.ca.

Online voting
After the ratification meeting, electronic voting will take place. Details of the vote are as follows:
Voting opens: Friday, October 30 – 8 a.m.
Voting closes: Monday, November 2 – 8 a.m.
How you vote
To vote, simply log in to the Member Portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen.
If you are having difficulty signing into the Member Portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this.
You must be registered for the member portal prior to the vote opening or you will not be eligible to vote.
