CSCU – A short update on where we are in bargaining

To all MoveUP members at CSCU
We want to share a quick update on our bargaining progress.
So far, your committee has met and created detailed proposals. Our aim is to ensure that bargaining proposals reflect the needs of all members.
The proposals must be accurate and align with your collective agreement, as well as follow the BC Employment Standards Act and other laws. Most importantly, these proposals must be beneficial to you and improve your working conditions.
Admittedly, there have been delays in starting talks with the employer. However, we are eager to get to the bargaining table soon.
