This is a reminder that we have a General Membership Meeting tonight, Wednesday, October 21st, 2026, at 7:00pm online. Teams link and details included below. We will be discussing the following items:

Our Collective Agreement Rights
In several departments, Directors and Associate Directors have tried to restrict your collectively-bargained rights to take leave, vacation, and remote work. They have asked invasive questions about the details of our members’ medical appointments. They have denied vacations and remote work without providing a legitimate operational reason. The rights outlined in our collective agreement have been won through successive rounds of bargaining in which we made sacrifices and found compromises to improve our working conditions. We cannot let the whims of a Director undermine these rights. If you believe your Director is limiting your collectively bargained rights, please reach out to a steward to discuss your options.
