FortisBC-CSC – Tell us what’s important to you as we prepare for bargaining

To: All MoveUP Members at FortisBC-CSC
As we prepare to head into bargaining with your employer, we need to know what’s important to you and what you want to see in your next collective agreement.
We will be sending a bargaining survey directly to your personal email. Your participation is critical to our ability to accurately and forcefully represent your interests at the bargaining table. Your responses tell us what to prioritize in bargaining and how engaged you are, which is how we measure our strength at the table.
The survey will be open until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026. If you have not received your link to the survey by October 7, please email Margaret at mshachtay@moveuptogether.ca. Your current collective agreement expires on March 31, 2027. Once it expires, it will remain in effect until we negotiate a new agreement with the company. Your survey responses will be key to letting us know where our focus should be.
Keeping your information updated
To ensure you don’t miss critical information about bargaining, make sure your information is updated in the MoveUP Member Portal.
