BCIT Student Association – Ratification Vote Results: Tentative Agreement Accepted by the Membership

To: All MoveUP Members at BCIT Student Association
We write to deliver this exciting news – the majority of you have voted in favour of accepting your tentative collective agreement. This agreement represents the first building block in strengthening the terms and conditions of your working life. We thank you for your trust and support while we address your priorities with the Employer.
All ballots were verified on September 4, 2026 by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
We will create the collective agreement with the agreed language, and once your union and the employer review and finalize it, we will upload a copy on our website. In the meantime, your Memorandum of Agreement can be found on our website. Thank you again for your participation.
