Hertz – Ratification Vote Results: Tentative Agreement Accepted by the Membership

Please be advised that the ballots were counted on Monday, June 5, 2026 by the MoveUP Returning Officer. The results are as follows:

Accepted: 44
Rejected: 10
Spoiled: 4
Total cast ballots: 58

We will update the Collective Agreement with the agreed changes once both parties have reviewed and signed off on the renewed Collective Agreement. Copies will be provided to the membership.
