*IMPORTANT CHANGE* IBEW 213 Ratification Vote Procedure and Time

To: All MoveUP Members at IBEW 213, including IBEW 213 Welfare Plan & IBEW 213 Joint Training Committee
During our last meeting on May 26, we heard your concerns about most members not being able to attend an in-person vote and your request to move to an online platform for your ratification vote.
Thanks to your feedback, we will be moving your ratification vote online. Because this requires time to set up on our end, we have rescheduled the voting date to Tuesday, June 2.
IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION
Voting will take place on the MoveUP Member Portal. You must be registered on the Member Portal prior to the vote opening or you will not be able to access the vote.
Information on how to access or sign up for the Member Portal can be found here. You will require your membership number to register for an account. If you do not know your membership number, please fill out this form.
If you have any other difficulties accessing the Member Portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca.
We will provide further instructions in a follow-up email, including the start and end times of the ratification vote on Tuesday, June 2.
