Lu’ma Native Housing Society – Part-Time and Casual Employees Retroactive Pay Corrections for 2025

To: All MoveUP Members at Lu’Ma Native Housing Society - Part-Time and Casual Employees
Through inquiries from members, the union became aware of errors affecting retroactive pay calculations for some part-time and casual employees for hours worked during the 2025 year. Upon identifying these concerns, the union immediately raised the matter with the employer.
The employer has been actively working to review and correct the identified errors. We have been advised that the necessary adjustments will be processed during the current pay period.
Members are encouraged to carefully review their pay statements once received. If you believe there are any remaining discrepancies following these adjustments, please contact your union representative for further review and assistance.
The union will continue to monitor this matter to ensure members receive the compensation they are entitled to.
