Welcome to all new executive councillors and welcome back to those executive councillors re-elected to another term!
Our first executive council meeting will be held on May 25, 2026, at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown. At the first meeting of the new term, we usually provide an orientation on your role as an executive councillor, what you can expect at council meetings and an overview of who we are and what we do. However, the agenda at our May 25th meeting is very full so with that in mind, we will be holding the orientation separately. Details are:

I encourage all new councillors to attend this information session as well as any returning councillors who would like to refresh their knowledge.
Leave of absence requests will not automatically be sent for this meeting. If you are scheduled to work during this period but would like to attend the session, please send a request for book-off with the exact hour(s) required as soon as possible to loa@moveuptogether.ca.
