Please be advised that the ballots were counted April 21, 2026, by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at BC Ferry & Marine Workers’ Union (Admin) voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 7
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 1
Spoiled Ballots: 2
Total Ballots Cast: 10
We will draft your first collective agreement with the ratified language and once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the memorandum of agreement can be found on our website (Here).
