To: All MoveUP members employed at ICBC in EC areas # 1638 & #1639

(EC areas #1638 & #1639 are members employed at ICBC New Westminster Claims Centre – Prov Glass, New Westminster Litigation and New Westminster Salvage).

Term Ending: April 30, 2029

This is to inform you that as a result of the recent election to fill the vacant executive councillor positions for areas EC #1638 & #1639, the deadline for electronic balloting was 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Balloting results were verified by the undersigned.

  • Hanna Calayan has been elected for EC Area # 1638
  • Philip Li has been elected for EC Area # 1639
