ICBC – Update on Auto Claims Specialist II / III Workload Complaint
April 10, 2026
To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC in ACS II and III roles
Your committee wants to provide an update on the work of the Auto Claims Specialist (ACS II and III) workload committee.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Feroz Shah and Surinder Cheema for their dedication and contributions to the committee. We are also pleased to welcome Diana Comeau and Brian Martens and look forward to their involvement as we continue this work.
The committee is currently reviewing the results of our most recent survey to ensure your concerns are accurately represented in upcoming discussions with management. While we have heard from some members, broader participation is essential to fully understand the challenges you are experiencing.
We encourage you to share your feedback by emailing wlcoordinator@moveuptogether.ca. Missy, your workload coordinator, is based in the Southern Interior and does not always have the opportunity to connect in person. Your input helps ensure your experiences and concerns are effectively brought forward. The workload committee serves as your voice, and your feedback directly informs our efforts.
As we prepare for several upcoming meetings, we are seeking input on the following:
- Changes you would like to see
- Support or resources you need
- Support you are or are not receiving from your manager
- Any changes since the last survey (positive or negative)
If you are experiencing concerns related to workload or treatment in the workplace, it is important that we hear from you. We are advocating on your behalf, and your feedback is critical to ensuring we do so effectively.
In solidarity,
Missy Besanger, Workload Coordinator
Kathy Nadurak, Committee Member
Rajeev Kochhar, Committee Member
Diana Comeau, Committee Member
Brian Martens, Committee Member
Dimitri Ossinsky, Vice-President, ICBC Unit
Sara Colliss, Union Representative
