Victoria Shipyards – Tentative Agreement Ratified
February 27, 2026
To: All MoveUP members at Victoria Shipyards
MoveUP is pleased to announce that the tentative agreement was ratified by 80% of those unionized employees that voted.
The 16% wage increase negotiated will be effective as of March 1, 2026, as will the increase to your health & welfare plan.
The ratification bonus for all eligible employees will be paid by the employer as soon as possible.
