Lu’Ma Native Housing Society – Collective Agreement Ratified – Payroll & Retroactive Pay Timeline

To: All MoveUP members at LNHS
Now that the collective agreement has been ratified, we want to share an update on when members can expect to see the new wage rates and retroactive payments reflected in payroll. The union has received the following implementation schedule from the Employer:
Wage Rate Implementation:
New wage rates will be entered into the payroll system effective February 1, 2026 PP4. These updated rates will be reflected on the February 19, 2026 pay date.
Retroactive Pay::
- Retroactive pay for 2025 will be processed in PP5 which is pay period ending: February 28, 2026. This payment will be made on : March 5, 2026.
- Retroactive pay for 2026 (January 1, 2026 through January 31, 2026) will be processed in PP6 which is pay period ending: March 14, 2026. This payment will be made on : March 19, 2026.
The union will continue to monitor implementation closely and will follow up with the employer if any issues arise. If you notice discrepancies once payments are issued, please flag them with your Union Representative, Georgi Bates, so issues can be addressed promptly.
